Your purchase will be processed as soon as possible, during our regular business hours. Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday and usually take 2 to 3 working days to be dispatched.
Average delivery times once an order is dispatched:
JHB | 3 to 4 working days
Cape Town | 1 to 2 working days
KZN | 3 to 4 working days
Eastern Cape | 3 to 4 working days
Level Up Store offers FREE delivery on orders over R2000, orders over R999 qualify for reduced shipping charges at R59.
Free Delivery - Includes 1x shipping interval. The order ships when all in stock & pre-order products in your cart have arrived.
Standard - Includes 1x shipping interval. The order ships when all in stock & pre-order products in your cart have arrived.
Extra Shipping - Orders can ship in a maximum of 2 intervals if your cart contains products arriving at different times.
Once an order is dispatched by Level Up Store it is the responsibility of the customer to make themselves available to receive the order. Level Up Store is not responsible for any issues caused as a result of unsuccessful deliveries or instances where the customer has not been available to receive their order. Where a customer has has not been available to receive their order it is the duty of the customer to contact the courier company to arrange an alternate delivery time.

Pre-order arrival dates are subject to change and often do. This is often due to production or shipping delays beyond our control.
Prices on pre-orders are subject to change when the items arrive, and can be amended before orders are dispatched. In order to secure a pre-order, the payment in full is required. This payment is non-refundable.
CAN YOU SEND SOME OF WHAT I ORDERED EARLY?
Should you wish to split part of an order to be sent ahead of time, it will require the purchase of an additional shipping charge if the items being sent do not meet the free or reduced shipping thresholds
