Level Up Store holiday closure dates.
- Level Up Store is closed from 23 December to 3 January 2023 - Orders placed in this range will be dispatched from 4 January 2023
Will my order arrive by Christmas?
- Orders placed from Thursday 14 December may not arrive by Christmas because of the long weekend and courier congestion.
- Orders placed from 18/19 December will only ship when Level Up Store re-opens in January.
- Friday 22nd December is the last day for local pick up orders in Cape Town
Depending on your regional location, orders placed from 14 December might only arrive in the New Year. (this is due to the public holiday on the 15th December and courier company closures over Christmas)
During the festive season, orders can take between 2 and 3 days to be prepared and dispatched. After an order is dispatched, average courier deliver times can be expected to increase by 2 to 3 working days.
Average delivery after order is dispatched (this excludes the festive season)
- JHB - 4 to 5 working days
- Cape Town - 1 to 2 working days
- KZN - 4 to 5 working days
- Eastern Cape - 4 to 5 working days
Level Up Store offers FREE delivery on orders over R999. Orders over R999 entitles the customer to 1x Free Delivery.
- Free Delivery - Includes 1x shipping interval. The order ships when all in stock & pre-order products in your cart have arrived.
- Standard - Includes 1x shipping interval. The order ships when all in stock & pre-order products in your cart have arrived.
- Extra Shipping - Orders can ship in a maximum of 2 intervals if your cart contains products arriving at different times.
Pre-order arrival dates are subject to change and often do. This is mostly due to production or shipping delays beyond our control.
