- Level Up Store is closed from 19 December 2025 to 5 January 2026 - Orders placed in this range will be dispatched from 5 January 2026
Will my order arrive by Christmas?
- Orders placed from Monday 15 December may not arrive by Christmas because of the long weekend and courier congestion.
- Orders placed from 19 December will only ship when Level Up Store re-opens in January.
- Friday 19 December is the last day for local pick up orders in Cape Town
Depending on your regional location, orders placed from 15 December might only arrive in the New Year.
During the festive season, orders can take between 2 and 3 days to be prepared and dispatched. After an order is dispatched, average courier deliver times can be expected to increase by 2 to 3 working days.
Average delivery after order is dispatched (this excludes the festive season)
- JHB - 3 to 4 working days
- Cape Town - 1 to 2 working days
- KZN - 3 to 4 working days
- Eastern Cape - 3 to 4 working days
