Black Friday & Cyber Monday Shipping Guide

Black Friday/Festive Season - Average order dispatch and delivery times can be expected to increase by 3 to 4 working days. This also applies to order collections. Orders are usually dispatched Monday to Friday within 2 to 3 working days from the date of order. During the Black Friday & Cyber Monday this can increase by an additional 3 to 4 working days. Once an order is dispatched the customer receives an email with shipping/tracking information.

Average delivery after order is dispatched:

• JHB - 4 to 5 working days
• Cape Town - 1 to 2 working days
• KZN - 4 to 5 working days
• Eastern Cape - 4 to 5 working days

During Black Friday and the festive season courier delivery times can increase by 3 to 4 working days.

• Standard - Includes 1x shipping interval. The order ships when all in stock & pre-order products in your cart have arrived. 
• Extra Shipping - Orders can ship in a maximum of 2 intervals if your cart contains products arriving at different times.
